David M. French Hall Renovations

Overview

Major portions of French Hall will be renovated in order to transform outdated spaces into more contemporary academic settings. A 68,000-gross-square-foot renovation of classrooms, faculty offices and support areas is planned. The project will also address deferred maintenance items as well as code and accessibility requirements. The scope of this project includes the architectural, mechanical and electrical work necessary to accomplish these improvements.
