The University of Michigan - Flint Student Housing Facility is a new residence hall of approximately 100,000 gross square feet on 4 floors. The facility will house approximately 310 students and will include living-learning spaces on the first floor. There will be one-, two- and four-bedroom units, including handicapped-accessible units. All units will contain one or two bathrooms, a kitchen, and living room. Construction is scheduled to be completed in Summer 2008.
