The State of Michigan Department of Management and Budget (DMB) is an interdepartmental service and official agency responsible for, among many other things, overseeing capital facility development for the State. The Office of Design and Construction is the office within the DMB responsible for administering the state capital outlay program which includes several projects currently underway within the Office of Architecture, Engineering and Construction.
