East Ann Arbor Ambulatory Surgery and Medical Procedures Center
Overview
A 46,000 gross square foot building will provide six operating rooms, four medical procedures rooms, and related support areas on one floor with rooftop screening for mechanical equipment. The site is east of the existing East Ann Arbor Health Center with a pedestrian link proposed to connect the new facility to the Health Center. Additional parking spaces will be accommodated by expanding the on-site surface parking lot at the East Ann Arbor properties.
