U of M Master Specification was developed by Architecture and Engineering for its own use, but is published as a reference document available to architectural and engineering consultants working on UM projects. It is divided by CSI division and section (1995 version).
Design Deliverables contains a matrix describing information required from contracted designers at each phase in the design process. Updated March 2009.
